Establish a new powerful platform that would allow Hanro to scale their eCommerce operation, improve their back of house and create a hub for new and engaging conten

Challenge

The Hanro website was struggling significantly with both conversion and technical. This had a huge impact on the checkout journey and back of house operations.

Solution

The site map was reconsidered with more prominence to the key pages. A brand evolution tidy up was introduced to give clear content hierarchy to each page.

Throughout the website various intelligent intent-driven pop ups were inserted to capture user data as well as push a customer towards the next step in their buying experience.

The sites conversion was optimised based on statistics from Google Analytics and UX best practice. A new refined checkout process was introduced to effectively speed up users making purchases and creating a more intuitive website journey.
